Jal Neti (जल नेति)

Jal Neti is one of the six purification procedures or 'Shatkarmas'. ... It involves pouring water in one nostril and flushing it out from the other nostril helping you keep the nasal passage clean." Jal Neti is a way to cleanse your sinuses and consequently keep the respiratory tract clear of dirt and toxins.



Aasan(आसन)

Yoga asana is the third limb of the eight-limbed path outlined in the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali—a seminal yogic text. The eight limbs are: the yamas and niyamas (moral and ethical codes), asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (spiritual absorption).



Shirodhara(शिरोधारा)

Shirodhara is an ancient Ayurvedic healing practice performed in India for over 2,000 years. It is the application of warmed sesame oil (til-infused with herbs) gently poured onto the forehead for an extended period of time. Herbal oils are gently placed into the nose, as rare Ayurvedic essential oils are placed onto the hands. It is performed with the client lying face up on a massage table in a relaxing environment.
